Registration is easy -- just fill in the form.  When you click on "Send", you will be sent to a confirmation page, which you can print for your records.  Please only click once and please be patient as can take up to one minute before your registration is confirmed.  If you should receive an error message, meaning your reservation was not completed, please return to this page, print out the completed form, and mail to Linda Rands, Nassaukade 367 hs, 1054 AB  Amsterdam.  Thank you.

Inschrijven is eenvoudig -- vul de bon in.  Als u op 'Send' klikt gaat u naar een bevestigingspagina die u zelf kunt afdrukken.  Klik a.u.b. slechts één keer en wees geduldig -- het kan tot een minuut duren voordat uw registratie doorgaat.  Als u een foutmelding krijgt (dat betekent dat de reservering niet volmaakt was), ga a.u.b. terug naar deze pagina, druk het ingevuld formulier af, en stuur het naar Linda Rands, Nassaukade 367 hs, 1054 AB  Amsterdam.  Dank u.

Enrollment is valid if/Inschrijving is van kracht als:

  • the registration form is received before the final enrollment date of the particular course/het inschrijfformulier vóór de uiterste inschrijfdatum van de betreffende cursus ontvangen is

  • a deposit of €150.00 is made, before the final enrollment date of 31 March, to ABN-AMRO account 56.05.98.963 in the name of Linda Rands with the notation "song course 2009"/vóór de uiterste inschrijfdatum van 31 maart een aanbetaling is gedaan van €150,00 op rekening ABN-AMRO 56.05.98.963 t.n.v. Linda Rands o.v.v. 'zangcursus 2009'

  • the remaining amount is paid at least 4 weeks before the course begins/het resterende bedrag uiterlijk 4 weken vóór aanvang van de cursus is betaald

  • payment in instalments on request/betaling in termijnen is mogelijk
